Fees, Payment & Registration

  • For each additional paper, the presenters need to pay RM250 (normal presenters) or RM200 (student presenters).
  • Presenters and participants need to pay the registration fee before or by 20 November 2017 to receive a copy of AES2017 proceedings.
  • Papers will be subjected to editorial comments and if accepted the editor will contact the author(s).

Registration fees include symposium admission, conference kits, lunches, and refreshments. These fees do NOT include the accommodation and transportation.

Accompanying persons: The conference is not offering an accompanying person's registration fee. Any person wishing to attend any part of the conference must register as a participant.

At least one author for each accepted paper must register and pay the fees for the conference by 20 November 2017 in order for the paper to be included in the program book and to be published in the symposium proceedings.

Payment Procedures

Payment can be made through:

1. By Credit Card (Online)

  • Browse http://e-com.uum.edu.my/bend/paymode.jsp
  • Follow all required steps as instructed.
  • Note : for 'payment for' choose 'other payment'
  • Note : for 'description' : key in 'AES2017'

Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Scan and email the proof of payment no later than 20 November 2017 to the secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the symposium. Failure to do so will result in your name being not listed as presenter/ participants.

2. Bank Transfer

Transfer should be made to the following account:

Please kindly write down the participant's name, paper ID (if you are a presenter), date and time of the transfer and country and city of origin.

3. Local Cheque

All cheques should be made payable to "UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA".
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment
Kindly indicate your name, paper ID (if you are a presenter) and contact number at the back of the cheque and send it to:
